Eligibility for Refund
- You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your product. If 14 days have passed since your product was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note, if the product has been used, a refund will not be possible.
Refund Process
- Before returning any items, please contact us at sales@hushsleepstore.com. We will provide instructions on the best way to return your item. Any item returned without first contacting us may not be eligible for refund.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Please Note:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
